Thermal Velocity Ultimate Sound Deadening Mat is a sound dampening and thermal insulating material manufactured from special closed structure polyethylene foam engineered to capture and destroy airborne noise, thermally insulate, protect from condensation and frost protection. Furthermore, it has a reinforced reflective outer layer to give the finished job that polished look.
